What are Balanced Meals?
Homemade, ready-made meals prepared for you to take home. Choose your favourite dishes and order the quantities that suit your week.
Do I need to pre-order?
For meals immediately, you can visit the shop and choose from our frozen meal freezer without pre-ordering. For online orders, check availability and the information shown before ordering.
What is Build Your Balance?
Prepared proteins, carbohydrates, vegetables, sides and sauces that you can portion and combine yourself.
Where do I find nutrition and allergen information?
Check the individual product information and packaging. If you have an allergy or need a specific nutritional detail, speak to us before ordering.
How do delivery and collection work?
Order by 8pm Sunday for that week’s Wednesday dispatch and expected Thursday arrival. Orders placed after 8pm Sunday move to the following week’s service. All times are UK local time.
We aim to dispatch on Wednesdays using 24-hour Special Delivery for arrival on Thursday. Next-day arrival cannot be guaranteed. Photographic proof of delivery and a signature are required when accepting your parcel.
Local delivery is £4 within a 6-mile radius of BALANCE in Hebden Bridge. Check eligibility for your address before ordering.
Collect from BALANCE on Wednesdays between 10am and 7pm. Need Friday instead? Add a collection request in the basket; Friday collections are between 12pm and 6pm. Please wait for us to confirm your request.
